    Are you interested in a career in human resources? We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organized HR coordinator to assist with critical administrative and compliance functions. This role will help advance our vision and strategy through acting as an integral member of our HR operations team. This opportunity will give you hands-on access and experience in various HR functions and capabilities within a mission-driven nonprofit. 



    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Help redesign, audit, and maintain the employee file system
    • Work with leaders to refine and document process for HR Operations and broader HR teams
    • Manage ad hoc requests from the HR Operations leadership and help on various short and long term projects
    • Assist in the analysis of metrics for the HR Operations department
    • Audit existing processes to ensure compliance


    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 1+ years of professional experience
    • The ability to work concurrently on multiple priority projects and use good judgement in prioritization
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience handling sensitive and confidential data with discretion
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
    • Ability to think innovatively and with a problem-solving mindset
    • Strong ability to build relationships and foster positive team collaboration


    Standout Candidates May Also Bring

    • Bachelor's degree (Business, Human Resources, etc.)
    • Experience in refining compliance processes
    • Understanding of HR metrics
