    Stand Together seeks an Events Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics for a broad range of events, focused on identifying and engaging a network of high-net-worth philanthropists to advance Stand Together's vision and priority initiatives. These events range in size from a dozen to 500+ participants and take place across the country. The Event Logistics Coordinator will help ensure that dozens of staff members and more than 100 speakers are set up to succeed in their roles so that Stand Together’s events are executed at a high-level and with operational excellence.



    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Build systems and processes to coordinate travel logistics; including, but not limited to, air travel, ground transportation, and rooming blocks for dozens of staff and speakers to ensure an excellent experience for these individuals while also identifying opportunities to spend resources wisely
    • Manage registration for specific customer segments, including tracking staff and speaker RSVPs, so that these individuals know what to expect before arriving on-site and have a smooth experience
    • Maintain organization and inventory of event supplies, including on-site at events, and manage the ordering and shipping process for new supplies
    • Assist with on-site execution to help ensure events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations
    • Develop an understanding of industry best practices and execute strategies to continuously improve and streamline our planning process


    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years’ experience in event planning, office administration, and/or logistics
    • Ability to coordinate simultaneous projects and while communicating clearly and consistently with stakeholders in each project
    • Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with teammates across multiple projects
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to change
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, humility, and a high sense of urgency
