  • Overview

    Stand Together seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide advanced financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making guidance for the organizations within our philanthropic community. The role of the Senior Financial Analyst will be focused on data analysis, financial systems, and corresponding metrics and reporting. The person will act as a financial business partner and work directly with Development, Operations, and Finance personnel. 

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Provide financial analysis of the organization’s activities including revenue and expense reporting
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of monthly financials
    • Assist with inter-network revenue reconciliation and reporting
    • Develop and maintain dashboards with both financial as well as KPI data, providing internal customers with trends and key insights used for strategic decision-making and driving performance
    • Recommend process improvements for tracking contributions and fund disbursements across multiple CRM platforms and financial systems
    • Assist with maintenance and tracking of restricted funds
    • Support development of enhanced pipeline reporting and improved forecast accuracy
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance roles
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, power user of Excel
    • Salesforce experience
    • Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and organization
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
