We identify, support, and celebrate community-based organizations applying effective solutions to the driving causes of poverty. Through targeted programming, training, and organizational development we provide the resources and tools necessary for these catalysts for social change to grow, scale, and replicate their impact across the country. We are looking for a dynamic critical thinker to join a fast-moving team.


    The partnership development team drives Stand Together Foundation’s efforts to identify, develop, and steward mutually beneficial partnerships and support principled organizations that are inspiring social change, working to solve our country’s toughest challenges, and helping people improve their lives. As part of these efforts, you will support partnership development by leveraging your processes and project management experience to support these partnerships.

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Partner with the partnership development team to understand their business portfolios and assist with scheduling, booking travel, and completing expense reports
    • Partner with the partnership development team to maintain accurate data, systems, and processes
    • Assist with capturing accurate notes and follow-up actions
    • Assist with scheduling and correspondence on behalf of the team, working directly with internal and external stakeholders
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure key deliverables and timelines are met  


    Knowledge and Skills You Bring the Organization

    • Commitment to the purpose, values, and operating principles that inform Stand Together Foundation’s work
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in a professional office setting
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to write and present information for a diverse set of audiences
    • High degree of humility, integrity, and professionalism
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency


    Standout Candidates May Also Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience in administrative, relationship management, or project management
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products
