    Stand Together seeks an Office Manager who is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate will be responsible for significantly increasing the operational efficiency of the office management team. You will drive change by developing new processes to streamline the way things are done, which will allow you the opportunity to grow your contribution and guide your team to meet goals.

     

    As our new Office Manager, you’ll apply your expertise and masterful problem-solving skills to develop and optimize our office spaces. You will play an important role in enhancing our team workflow, ultimately advancing our vision by helping others improve their lives. 

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Manage, coach, and develop a team of people on the principles and tenants of Market-Based Management©
    • Document processes and procedures and develop measures to track efficiency
    • Coordinate and communicate with key points of contact to ensure guests’ needs are met with a high degree of professionalism and hospitality
    • Manage processes for phone calls for a large organization by connecting the caller to the correct point of contact, taking and delivering messages, and answering frequently asked questions
    • Manage kitchen and office supply offerings and vendors; manage direct reports in ordering, inventory, deliveries, stocking, invoicing, and aesthetics of supplies throughout the space
    • Discover customer needs to effectively implement the best solutions, improve response times, and lead to better results
    • Manage processes for mailing and shipping, including outgoing shipments, mail and package deliveries and distribution, package and supply storage organization, and invoicing
    • Manage workspace setup for employees, including office supplies, IT equipment, and informational packets
    • Coordinate with the workplace solutions and security teams to ensure that sites remain secure, visitor management processes are developed and executed, and key and access card inventory and record keeping are effectively managed
    • Manage print solutions, including maintenance and troubleshooting, vendor relationships, and supply refills
    • Manage aesthetics of common areas including lobbies, collaboration space, conference rooms, kitchens, and print areas

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 5+ years of professional or customer service experience
    • High school diploma or higher level of education
    • Technical aptitude and proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organization
    • Motivated self-starter who can set priorities and follow through on deadlines
    • Organized and committed to excellence
    • Appreciation for free market ideals and principles of limited government
