    Looking for the right role to jump-start your career? We have an exciting entry-level opportunity with our Human Resources (HR) Operations team. As a Payroll Tax Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning and developing a spectrum of Payroll and Tax activities. Are you a numbers guru with a great eye for detail? This is the opportunity for you! 


    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Payroll tax activities, including registrations and closings of states, managing mail distribution, assisting with data entry for tax set up, and much more! You will respond to inquiries from staff across the community and will partner with them to ensure consistency and promote best practices. You will also act as a liaison between Payroll/HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
    • Responsible for all payroll tax activities and compliance within Local, State and Federal regulations
    • Set up and closures of State registrations and State Unemployment Insurance (SUI)
    • Reviews calculations and report of tax liabilities accuracy and respond to questions and special requests from states and regulatory agencies
    • Research laws and regulations regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures
    • Maintain payroll systems with up to date agency notices regarding rate changes
    • Organize agency filings per company and state and maintain accurate records and reporting
    • Work cross-functionally with the Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure all issues are handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
