    Stand Together Foundation unleashes the power of community to solve our country’s toughest problems and help people improve their lives. We identify, support, and celebrate social entrepreneurs who are eradicating the root causes of poverty with effective, bottom-up solutions. Through targeted programming, training, and organizational development we provide the resources and tools necessary for these social entrepreneurs to increase their effectiveness and deepen their impact across the country.

     

    You are passionate about transforming lives and driving social change in communities and want to contribute by leveraging your experience managing projects and processes. If this sounds like you, you’ve found the place to do it! We are looking for a program coordinator to support the program’s leadership and engagement managers in the day-to-day internal and external operations, as well as helping to create and execute on new programs and new community engagement opportunities alongside our partnership development team and engagement managers.

     

    Our team is a high-energy team making a unique impact through educational programs—and we need you. The program coordinator will support the program lead in maintaining high-quality program operations and stakeholder management. Through a combination of administrative support and special projects, you’ll drive impact by increasing team effectiveness.  

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Provide administrative and operations support to the catalyst program and venture investment engagements with external partners
    • Create tailored experiences that support overall engagement and investment outcomes with a focus on driving action and accountability
    • Coordinate activities such as travel, workshops, and team activities
    • Develop processes, templates, and standards for project communications
    • Understand the communication needs of our catalyst leaders and create tailored, individualized materials
    • Assess administrative needs and make decisions to allocate resources accordingly
    • Drive process improvements for communication with team members, executive leaders, and internal stakeholders
    • Support knowledge management and documentation of program operations, investment projects, and best practices
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure that key deliverables and timelines are met  

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring the Organization

    • Commitment to the purpose, values, and operating principles that inform Stand Together Foundation’s work
    • Genuine passion and interest in the development of leaders and their organizations
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, or related roles
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to write and present information for a diverse set of audiences
    • High degree of humility, integrity, and professionalism
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency
