Do you find fulfillment in helping others grow and improve? We are looking for a peer mentor and Tech Lead to join our IT Help Desk team that can help build and mentor our team to be the world class help desk team we are striving to be. Join us and provide your technical expertise to help our organization through our next phase of growth and impact.  



Your Responsibilities Include

  • Acting as the senior escalation point for tickets before escalating to our infrastructure and security teams 
  • Performing quality assurance auditing and coaching on ticket documentation and resolution 
  • Serving as a knowledge documentation coach and problem management manager 
  • Acting as a project SME to liaise between project teams and equip the help desk team to support new products 
  • Partnering with service line leaders to keeping up to date on industry trends and changes 
  • Sharing knowledge and proactively identifying the needs of the organization 


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 5+ years of professional IT experience
  • Extensive understanding of Active Directory, hardware, and operating systems 
  • Extensive knowledgeof installing and supporting Microsoft Office products, particularly O365 
  • Experience imaging computer or mobile devices 
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills 
  • Experience delivering quality customer service 
  • Strong critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to adapt quickly and respond in a fast-paced, changing work environment 
  • Ability to work in a team environment to standardize and improve processes  
  • Experience sharing knowledge within a team environment 
  • High emotional intelligence and can mentor people at different levels of experience
