    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Collaborate and coordinate with remote customers to accomplish top-notch service delivery to our grassroots group
    • Manage projects and property needs while ensuring 10,000% compliance in all legal, operations, and financial standards
    • Ensure requests and office needs are remedied in a timely, effective manner
    • Plan, develop, and execute ongoing process and project optimization
    • Coordinate the closing down of office spaces, including facilitating moving and storage logistics
    • Coordinate set up, shut down, and run and maintain for the utilities in the field
    • Coordinate the acquisition and tracking of required items in field-based offices
    • Continually look to streamline procedures and policies
    • Act as a liaison and communicate updates between HQ and remote offices  

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 1+ years of customer service experience 
    • A positive attitude 
    • Ability to think critically, innovate, and take calculated risks
    • Aptitude to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • Team player mentality
    • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment
    • Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude

    Standout Candidates May Also Bring

    • Knowledge of property management
    • Experience working with multiple customers on projects throughout various time zones
