We need your help to help others, are you ready to be part of creating a movement of millions? Just take those incredible strengths and put them to work as a Project Coordinator for our team! We are looking for the professional who can help us transform how we support our marketing and communications teams. We've recently introduced a new communications platform (Workfront), and we have an opportunity for an experienced coordinator to help us build out the system.


You'll be on point for delivering our employees and leaders the information they need, in real-time, to support their decision making. It's a critical role that influences our ability to bring out the best in this country when so many are determined to bring out the worst. We are looking for an executor and builder. Someone who grasps the urgency of our mission and can help us understand user needs, build custom forms, templates, reports, and dashboards to help us get there.

We enable business leaders, grassroots activists, academic think tanks, and social change entrepreneurs to have an impact by developing effective communications strategies and campaigns that change the national conversation.  



Your Responsibilities Include

  • Set up and maintain employee accounts
  • Develop expertise to train new employees on how to use Workfront
  • Monitor and audit system use to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as primary POC to troubleshoot issues and questions from staff
  • Work to establish best practices and streamline workflows
  • Work with Stand Together’s Product Management team to build Workfront technical documentation and manuals 


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 2+ experience in a related field; data management, system administration, or project management
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a creative mindset to help develop systems and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate
  • Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage projects and timelines


Standout Candidates May Also Bring

  • Familiarity and experience with Workfront
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Computer Science, or related field
