We are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-focused individual to join our community. As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy across a portfolio of products aligned with the vision of Stand Together.  You will work directly with business stakeholders across multiple departments, internal Product Managers, and developers to deliver high-value business solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. A person with an inclination and aptitude to solve business problems by applying technical solutions would be ideal.   



Your Responsibilities Include

  • Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas
  • Participating in meetings with key business partners to gather requirements, perform system demos, user acceptance testing, and provide end-user training
  • Overseeing product management efforts around owned products by helping to set priorities, identify roles, and track issues and risks
  • Working with developers and business stakeholders to understand solution feasibility, conduct alternatives (build/buy/partner) analysis, and make recommendations to inform trade-off decision making
  • Bringing new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing time schedules with engineering
  • Using data to help drive product development priorities for the team and to inform the community
  • Ensuring product adoption and building metrics around ongoing success of released products
  • Developing end user documentation and training material 
  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria in conjunction with developers
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest Agile and Product Management best practices as well as upcoming feature releases of owned products


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 1-3 years of product management experience including successful roll-out of multiple products
  • 1-3 years of experience with Agile or similar methodologies
  • 1-3 years driving product development in coordination with software development teams
  • 1-3 years experience developing products for the internal business organization, not necessarily consumer-facing products
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, especially across multiple parts of an organization
  • Understanding of business objectives, system requirements, and documenting/articulating requirements to cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong experience working with cross functional teams
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up with new clients, their business needs, and technologies
  • Strong operational background and a track-record of making data-driven decisions
