Stand Together seeks a Production Associate to oversee the production of multiple, concurrent mailings and communications to major donors and major donor prospects. You’ll be at the hub of numerous and diverse partnership opportunities that support a suite of nonprofit organizations that make up our larger philanthropic community.

 

This role is an exciting opportunity to hone your project management skills by collaborating with internal copywriters and fundraisers to create customer focused messaging strategies. But your impact doesn’t end there! You’ll be on point to manage the execution of those strategies both internally and through outside production vendors and creative agencies.

 

The role requires strong self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects with extreme attention to detail, ownership of outcomes, and exceptional people skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging in a robust challenge process that leads to superior products as well as have an entrepreneurial attitude to innovate solutions that improve response and engagement.

 

 

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Managing and executing multiple mailings from intake of the request, to planning the activities, and through their completion
  • Coordinating and directing internal staff in support of these activities
  • Maintaining end to end accuracy and transparency of production schedules
  • Documenting and training others on best practices while concurrently making improvements to the process
  • Ensuring appropriate inventory of materials is on hand
  • Managing relationships with key vendors and suppliers
  • Ensuring a constant feedback loop to improve communication, quality, and the execution of the overall process

 

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Passion for delivering top-notch donor experiences through printed and written communications
  • Attention to detail and excellent process management and proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with and solve problems with a mutual benefit mindset
  • Self-motivated, organized team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Excellent customer service and quality control
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not necessary
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office Excel, specifically the mail merge function
  • Enjoy challenge, learning, and working in a fast-paced, results-focused culture
