Our Development and Fundraising team are looking for a Department Administrator to help us coordinate our communications, logistics, and donor relationships. This role supports our Planned Giving team. This team does an exceptional job of building trusted, long term relationships with 700+ of the most influential business and philanthropic leaders in the nation who make up our donor community, but they need YOUR support. We're looking for someone who can work behind the scenes equipping our team with the right tools, information, and coordination support to exceed our donors' expectations! Your mastery of administration will make you an essential asset to the team and an indispensable partner to team leadership. Your Responsibilities Include 


  • Track action items, prepare the team and their collaborators for strategy and donor briefings,  
  • Coordinate meetings for the team with internal colleagues and external partners 
  • Ensure data integrity through capturing and tracking relevant donor information into a shared database/CRM 
  • Administrative support including calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, and meeting coordination   


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization 


  • 3-5+ years of experience in administration or project support 
  • Experience in fundraising and/or financial planning/wealth management industries 
  • High degree of organization and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral 
  • Strong sense of curiosity and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment  
  • Commitment to the Stand Together community vision 
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred, but not required
