The strategic partnerships team drives Stand Together philanthropic community’s efforts to identify, develop, and steward mutually beneficial partnerships and support principled organizations that are inspiring social change, working to solve our country’s toughest challenges, and helping people improve their lives. As a Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will work with exceptional groups of individuals, companies, and foundations driving change in education, communities, business, and public policy that empower people to improve their lives.

As part of these efforts, you will be a key relationship manager, driving the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and partnerships. A successful candidate will be able to make strategic recommendations for new partnerships that will advance the organization’s mission. The Director will work collaboratively with external stakeholders including partners, investors, donors, and thought leaders.

Your Responsibilities Include
Cultivate relationships with thought leaders, partners and other stakeholders
Build and grow a robust pipeline of organizational investment opportunities that support the priority issues of Stand Together
Make investment recommendations to decision makers
Act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of Stand Together partners to drive accountability on investment outcomes and regular reports on their progress to date
Collaborate across teams to drive results and effectively manage projects and relationships resulting in immediate, medium term, and/or long term outcomes
Represent the organization among community partners and stakeholders
Build collaborations with current and prospective partners that extend and improve organizational impact and promote positive systems change
Work closely with leadership to measure outcomes to ensure that projects meet stakeholder needs
