Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and outcomes-focused Business Analyst to play an integral role in the discovery, documentation, and improvement of processes across our organization.  This role will serve in a generalist capacity and support a broad range of teams and projects that require the ability to analyze operational, technical, and functional processes.  Examples of the work you contribute toward may include IT service optimization, operational excellence initiatives, and systems and process consolidation.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Work across multiple matrixed teams including Infrastructure, Finance, Accounting, HR, and our front-line customers to build a deep understanding of business processes ranging from operational to technical
  • Initiate and lead meetings with process stakeholders around the community to build process flows, gather requirements, make sense of as/is state, and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and advising on potential solutions
  • Execute changes and light project management for implementing solutions
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of Stand Together’s matrixed operational model in order to take a proactive approach to identifying cross-functional improvement opportunities
  • Serve as process SME and interface with project teams and business leads as projects are analyzed and carried out


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis capacity or similar role focused on understanding and improving complex business processes
  • High level of business acumen and economic thinking with a proven track record of working across multiple business and technical areas
  • Ability to articulate specific examples of how you have independently driven value for an organization by mapping out processes, producing valuable insights for optimization, and influencing action from stakeholders
  • Familiar with industry standard frameworks for business analysis and process design
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate and present (written and verbal) to all levels of the organization
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
