Overview

We’re searching for an immensely skilled Communications Project Manager to work alongside a dynamic communications and marketing team to help drive and implement engaging and effective marketing strategic plans. These initiatives span multiple uses and platforms, including editorial, media, print, digital, web, and video.

 

You bring experience in the marketing and communications landscape to support day-to-day and long-term client needs. As an Project Manager, you will work across multiple client accounts, assisting with project plans, timelines, content writing and editing, client deliverables, and marketing strategy development, among other things.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Work across multiple internal and external teams and audiences
  • Drive the project plan for executing large scale communications and marketing campaigns
  • Provide the highest level of customer focus from conception to completion, anticipating challenges, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlines
  • Consistently deliver high-quality products that define, drive, and meet client objectives and that are consistent with customer standards, brand guidelines, and vision.
  • Proven ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively and take initiative
  • Strong process-minded planner who can determine deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and events
  • Manage partner and vendor relationships, as well as program budgets
  • Manage time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common
  • Stays knowledgeable about markets in and platforms on which clients operate

 

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 5+ years of work experience (or more!) in a field that requires attention to detail, project management, and customer service
  • Strong writing skills
  • Organized problem solver with superior interpersonal communications skills
  • Have a collaborative approach to work; Give and receive feedback respectfully to develop the most compelling products
  • Balance the needs of the client and the needs of the firm with poise and understanding
  • Professional manner and highly polished interpersonal and communication skills
