Overview

You are energized by solving complex problems and have the social impact strategy expertise to lead a capability. As our Vice President, Impact and Evaluation, you will drive the social impact strategy for our business. This will include building a proprietary platform and methodologies to measure social impact and build an ecosystem through technology that empowers individuals and organizations to drive personal growth. If we are successful, we will radically transform the way philanthropy operates.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Develop assessment methodologies for Stand Together Foundation and our partners to measure social impact consistent with our vision for breaking the cycle of poverty
  • Manage the strategy and implementation for a shared measurement ecosystem and drive adoption of measures across our philanthropic community
  • Pursue partnerships with academics and practitioners to further develop, validate, and understand methodological approaches
  • Leverage measurement and technology to develop improved delivery of value from social sector organizations to help individuals transform their lives
  • Supervise a growing team of individuals focused on innovation in the social sector

 

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 10+ years’ experience in measurement, evaluation, investments, impact investing, or other relevant fields
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing high performance teams, with an emphasis on building, managing, and motivating individuals
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a demonstrated talent for abstract problem-solving, spotting trends and patterns, an innate curiosity that drives business outcomes
  • Strength in driving collaboration across the organization and with external partners
  • Ability to shape and harness qualitative and quantitative research to drive effective economic decision-making coupled with an analytical skill set, capable of analyzing and pivoting to results-oriented data
