Your Responsibilities Include
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major gifts donors and prospects, utilizing Moves Management and other relationship building techniques
- Collaborate with the internal communications and marketing team to create and execute personalized communications and engagement plans for each donor and prospective partner
- Leverage existing events to recruit new prospects and retain current partners
- Utilize subject matter experts and organizational representatives to further relationships with supporters and prospects

Stand Together Communications is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing for state chapters of the premier grassroots organizations Americans for Prosperity (AFP), Concerned Veterans for America (CVA), and The LIBRE Initiative (LIBRE).
You will drive collaboration with internal and external partners to produce effective plans and products that help state chapters meet long-term goals while ensuring short-term needs are met.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans across state chapters that leverage owned digital properties, email marketing, and paid advertising to grow their communities of activists

The Law Clerk will be an integral part of Stand Together's Legal team, supporting the attorneys working for all of the organizations within our vast community! The Law Clerk will assist in legal projects on varied subjects (including significant research and writing projects) that include contracts, general corporate matters, election and campaign finance, employment, tax, and intellectual property. The Law Clerk will be able to take advantage of certain education and networking opportunities made available to interns.

The Florida Coalitions Director for Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) will work with state leadership and like-minded organizations throughout the state to form partnerships and develop strategies to promote a free and open society with a particular emphasis on reaching out to veterans, active duty military members, and their families. This individual will work to expand the footprint of CVA across the state in partnership with Americans for Prosperity and The LIBRE Initiative.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with allied groups throughout the state to help advance policy goals that align with the vision of a free and open society
- Partner with state leadership to build and manage relationships in legislature
- Collaborate with state leadership team and executive directors to ensure strategic partnerships and initiatives leverage the appropriate brand/target the appropriate audiences
- Create communications and media strategies with partner groups to set compelling narratives for initiatives
- Develop and host educational events with coalition partners for policy objectives to support grassroots efforts

Stand Together Communications is seeking a Digital Communications Manager to lead the planning, oversight, and execution of digital strategies and campaigns that advance Stand Together’s priority initiatives.
You will drive collaboration with internal and external partners to develop creative, innovative, and effective ways to educate, persuade, engage, and activate audiences to advance long-term priorities and capture immediate opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Drive the development and execution of fully integrated digital communications campaigns that support Stand Together's priority initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to ensure that goals are properly identified, digital plans are fully integrated with comprehensive communications strategies, and ongoing performance is measured and reported
- Ensure that plans leverage our internal capabilities and account for long-term needs to build and maintain audience reach through websites, social media, and email marketing
- Identify creative, out-of-the box ways to engage on issues and to capture opportunities that align with priorities and goals
- Increase the awareness and exposure of critical branded priority initiatives through paid advertising and organic promotion on social media and other digital platforms
- Develop regular reports to track key metrics across digital platforms and communicate performance to key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain workflow processes and structure to maintain effective execution on multiple issue areas
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 5+ years of experience in a digital communications or marketing role
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with digital trends, strategy, and best practices
- Willingness to collaborate
- Passion for policy issues
- Experience working with multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships concurrently

We are seeking a Coordinator to join our Account Management team. You will work in a fast-paced and creative environment assisting our Account Managers on their client portfolio. You will also work directly with in-house digital, media, creative and editorial teams to bring innovative and compelling products to life that advance the vision and goals of our strategic partners.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative, solutions-oriented creative products to meet the needs of our clients
- Brainstorm and coordinate with designers and video editors to produce creative materials that meet our client’s needs
- Work with Production Management to develop budget estimates for products and track the project to ensure it stays under budget
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes that can be circulated following the meeting
- Submit and process creative requests on behalf of our clients
- Build production schedules to ensure designers and video editors are meeting deadlines

We are seeking a Communications Assistant to join our Account Management team. This person will work in a fast-paced and creative environment assisting our Account Managers on their client portfolio. - Contribute to the development of organizational tools and processes
- Assist with project management in Basecamp
- Provide administrative support to the communications capability
- Manage calendars and assemble meeting agendas
- Book and coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, providing prompt and customer-focused service
- Process invoice payments and expense reports
- Track ongoing projects and their status and serve as liaison on behalf of the Communications team
